Most of the photographs of this property were taken from within the 20 acres of meadows that remain from former farm land. Approximately 60 additional acreas were cleared at one time and were also farmed. The remaining 90 acres are covered with true old-growth forest. Large, beautiful trees, both hard and soft woods, consisting of Ash, Maple, Spruce, Yellow Birch, Beech and other species.
Interspersed thoughout the cleared acreage, there are areas where wild blueberries grow in quantity.
There are at least two brooks running through the property as well as there being several springs. The existance of power and telephone on the property together with an existing gravel drive that reaches to the top of the mountain is due to there being a small plot of land at the top concealed amongst the trees on which the RCMP have a communications tower and an ancilary small building. Other than infrequent service requirements, RCMP personnel are there very rarely.
A small RV Trailer is presently located on the property and accessible via the gravel road. The trailer is available for sale or it can be removed by the vendor - buyer's choice.
There are numerous possible building locations on the property, including the former site of the old farm house. Several outstanding locations would afford both panoramic lake and mountain views.
