This is an old farm that has surviving grass lands near and around the very old derelict house, and a view from on top of the hill that covers a panorama of Whycocomagh and Skye Mountains, along the ridge past Aberdeen and with the open Bras d'Or in between. The land has become over-grown between the road and the waterfront, but with almost 900 feet of beach and gravel frontage, putting a drive and possibly power for a building there would provide a lovely home site, or sites. This is an interesting project possibility.The hill above the road also captures all of the colour and drama of the views, while the land in between the road and the water could be reclaimed from the forest, still leaving lovely large pines and hardwoods, but opening up the former grazing meadows. This could be the start of a useful hobby farm, as it could also be an investment property capturing a large waterfront and significant acreage.
