Overview:

An attractive waterfront property that provides 100 feet of coast, and slightly rising profile from the water to the gravel road just off of the Cabot Trail, short of Cheticamp. An attractive and useful setting for a cottage or bungalow, the properties on either side are tasteful and taken care of. Views of the end of Cheticamp Island, and to the rear the rise of the Highlands provide seasonal changes from the green of summer to brilliant fall highlights and then the snows of winter. Sunsets over the Gulf can only be referred to as gorgeous. The proximity of the charming fishing village of Cheticamp means that groceries, building supplies, golf, restaurants and the Cathedral are only moments away, but far enough for a peaceful location. A further extension of this land is available across the frontage road and runs to the Cabot Trail (Rt 19).

Comment:

The property suggests an attractive building location for a house that would be minutes from Cheticamp, schools, shopping, restaurants, and has lovely views of the Highlands and the Gulf. In an area where little else is available on the waterfront, this acreage represents a cheaper means of obtaining Cheticamp area water frontage. Far enough off of the new Cabot Trail, the land can be private and useful. Covenants will be imposed restricting use of trailers, RV's and temporary structures.
