A German developer has hired Nick Faldo to design 2 championship golf courses with an upscale housing development built around it - total announced investment is $500,000,000. The development is only 5 minutes away.
This is an exceptional building, being one of the largest in Louisbourg and well known to locals and international visitors alike. The potential for a lower level lounge and bar - with the reasonable possibility of entertainment-suggests a whole new source of cash flow and expanded business. The size of the area that could be used for a bar-lounge is 25' X 40', currently part of the cellar storage area.

The Louisbourg Playhouse

Based on London’s 1599 Globe Theatre, the open-air playhouse was constructed at the Fortress of Louisbourg by Walt Disney Studios for the motion picture Squanto: A Warrior's Tale. After filming wrapped up, the structure was donated to Louisbourg and relocated to our site just off the main street of the Town.
