Built to R-2000 standards, the construction, insulation and design of this residence are excellent. The new owner will appreciate the attention to detail, such as eave troughing that is piped underground and away from the house to a ditched drainage system, or ridge vents in the roof on both the house and the garage. Perhaps the best way to demonstrate the convenience that this home embodies is to look at how many electrical outlets it has. There will never be a need for an extension cord in this house!
