This home can accommodate a large family and is located in an attractive, safe and friendly neighborhood. Just minutes from the local school and shopping, the surroundings are nevertheless rural.
The mud room entranceway is partly detached from the main building and requires attention. The tile flooring has been partially removed in the living room and downstairs hallway due to a leak from a burst pipe which has been repaired. Additionally the ceiling drop panels in two bedrooms upstairs are water stained. The water damage occurred when a new roof was being put on the house and a wind storm blew if off. There is no damage to the structure from this incident.
