Real estate ads, like used car promotions, frequently produce a sense of bored deja vu. This property, however, deserves many of the adjectives that are written elsewhere, usually with more enthusiasm than validity. Comments:

The 1400 foot waterfront on both the front and the back is most unusual and could easily include a wharf on the bay for boating. One side of the house might be added onto, or the considerable additional space on this property could comfortably include a guest quarters, without impeding the main building’s views or privacy. The beach at the end of the property fronts on both the ocean and the bay (warmer water).

Good clamming, fishing in season, and a long secluded walk to the end of this peninsula (three hours at a brisk pace to the end) means a lot of exploratory and healthy opportunities. Vehicles and ATV s are forbidden, meaning that only on the tidal beaches is walking access permitted.

A buyer with a love of gardening would have the option of maintaining the hedge of species roses developed by the owners - it provides a colorful and pleasing foreground for the wide expanse of ocean visible from the front deck. The international shipping lane is also distantly visible straight out of the front doorway.
